Copying the entire note

Step 1 – Open recording details

1. Go to the recordings list.
2. Find the visit whose note you want to copy.
3. Click the eye icon next to that visit.

Step 2 – Find summary options

1. On the right side, find the "Summary" section with the visit summary.
2. Click the three-dot menu next to the "Summary" heading.

Step 3 – Copy the entire note

1. Select "Copy note" from the menu.
2. The system automatically copies the full note content to the clipboard.

Step 4 – Paste in your system

1. Open your medical documentation system (HIS/EMR).
2. Paste the copied text using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac).

Tips:

• Copying the entire note is the fastest way to transfer documentation without copying sections individually.
• If you only need a specific part, use the copy icons at individual sections.
