Note regeneration and regeneration after changing a template
Goal: Regenerate a note — to improve quality or adapt it to a different template.
Step 1 – Open recording details
- Go to the recordings list.
- Click the eye icon next to the visit you want to reprocess.
- On the right side you will see the generated summary.
Step 2 – Regenerate the same note
- Next to the "Summary" heading, click the three dots.
- Select the "Regenerate" option.
- The system will reprocess the transcription and generate a new version of the note.
- After a few seconds, you will see the refreshed text.
Step 3 – Regenerate after changing the template
- To change the template:
- Click the dropdown list next to the current template name.
- Select a new template (e.g. "Athletes" instead of "First visit").
- The system will automatically start generating a new summary.
- After a few seconds, the note will appear in the new format.
Tips:
- The "Regenerate" function is useful when the connection is unstable, details were missed, or you are looking for alternative phrasing.
- Changing the template lets you quickly adapt the note structure to a different patient type or visit — without re-recording.
